Site Plan Creation/Modifications
Using our in house scanning capabilities we are able to take existing site plans or ALTA surveys and combine them with existing drawings or simple pdf’s of an existing building to create a full size CAD drawing which can be used for building modification decisions, property management lease negotiations, municipal building permit applications or simply to clean up and update existing property conditions.
