Why should I use DrawLink? |
DrawLink is an easy to use, multi-disciplined outsourcing platform available to small and medium sized companies. It is a fact that companies which outsource certain tasks can use that time to focus on client relationships, marketing strategies, etc. This is exactly what large companies have been doing for years and they have prospered in our new global environment. With the recent advances in information technology, software development and high speed internet access we can provide our clients with high quality outsourcing solutions that are cost effective and immediate. We have done redline corrections where we receive the redlines at 5:00 PM, transfer the files through our website to one of our outsourcing partners overseas, and we have the corrected drawings to the client by 7:00 AM the next day. Your work is being done for a fraction of the cost while you sleep. Why else? You need less computer hardware, less software, less office supplies, fewer software licenses, less square footage of office space needed, lower utility bills, etc. etc. |

How do I use DrawLink? |
It is easy to become a DrawLink client. Simply go to the website and register. That’s it. The customers we service are all professionals and we understand that time is money. Once you register and create a new project we basically take it from there. The website will guide you through the creation of a project, what information is required, how to upload and download files, etc. If clients do not have the time to scan their documents and upload them to us we can provide on site scanning services right at the clients office.

How much does it cost? |
For most services such as scanning, CAD conversions and redline corrections our billing rate is $25.00 per hour. If you compare that to what it costs you or one of your employees to do this work, you will see the advantages to using DrawLink. Once your project has been completed you will receive an auto generated e mail notifying you that your files are ready for you. Once you download the completed work, an invoice is automatically generated for you to print and pay from. The invoice will itemize all the charges that were associated with your project and this is the only invoice you will receive. Our policy is net 30 days and we just ask that you reference your projects ID number on the memo line of your check. You may also Telepay using a Visa or MasterCard. |

How long does a typical job/project take? |
Normal projects take less than 48 hours to complete but really depends on the amount of work necessary. |
